Sailor Uranus!
Gaahhh! Why did this take me so long?!? I kept re-drawing everything! ANYWAYS... This picture is meant to go with the Sailor Neptune I drew [link] , so I had to make sure that while they were drawn seperately, they will retain a bit of eye contact with each other. I'll upload the pic of them together later.  I hope no-one minds that I kinda updated her hairstyle a bit! The Space sword is a mutant of the manga and the anime design.
